Welcome to the Platform Adventure shop! These terms explain how buying from us works.
Who we are
This shop at platformadventure.shop is run by Platform Adventure Game, based in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, USA. We sell digital in-game items for our game, Platform Adventure.
Agreeing to these terms
When you place an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t buy.
Who can buy
If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission before buying.
What you’re buying
We sell digital items only: gems, coins, extra lives, boosters, the Adventurer Bundle and the Starter Pack. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you buy an item, you get a limited, personal license to use it in Platform Adventure. Items:
- have no real-world cash value;
- can’t be transferred, resold, traded or exchanged for money; and
- are tied to your player account.
Delivery
Items are delivered to your player account, usually soon after payment. If something hasn’t arrived within 48 hours, email us and we’ll help.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time. A price change won’t affect an order you’ve already paid for.
Payments are processed securely by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). Depending on your location and order, you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, WooPay or Amazon Pay.
We may refuse or cancel any order that looks fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you.
Refunds
Sales are final, with a few exceptions: duplicate charges, items not delivered within 48 hours, and unauthorized purchases, as long as you ask within 14 days. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Starter Pack limit
The Starter Pack is limited to one per player. If more than one is bought for the same player, we may cancel and refund the extra orders.
Play fair
Please don’t:
- use payment details you aren’t authorized to use;
- file false chargebacks or payment disputes for items you received;
- exploit bugs, glitches or cheats to get items; or
- sell or trade items or accounts for real money.
If you do, we may cancel orders, remove items, or block access to the shop. Found a bug? Let us know instead!
The game may change
Platform Adventure is a live game. We may update it, change how items work or how they’re balanced, or remove features. We may also stop running the game someday. If that happens, your items may stop working. Refunds will follow our Refund and Returns Policy and the law.
Disclaimers and limits
We work hard to keep the shop and game running smoothly, but they’re provided “as is.” As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing here takes away rights you have under law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
