Platform Adventure Game, Coatesville, PA, USA (“we,” “us”) runs the Platform Adventure shop at https://platformadventure.shop. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What We Collect
- Contact details: your name and email address.
- Billing details: you enter your card or payment details directly with our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Order history: what you bought, when, and the player account it was delivered to.
- Cookies and analytics: cookies keep your cart working. Jetpack Stats, Google Site Kit and Google Analytics for WooCommerce collect basic information on how people use the site (pages viewed, device, browser and general location).
Why We Use It
We use your information to process orders, deliver items, send receipts, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the shop. With your consent, we may send marketing emails through MailPoet. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Who We Share It With
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop:
- Payment processors: WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and the payment options offered through it, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, WooPay and Amazon Pay.
- Hosting: WordPress.com and Automattic, which host and operate the site.
- Analytics: Jetpack and Google.
We may also share information when required by law or to prevent fraud.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order and billing records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes, usually up to seven years. We keep your marketing email details until you unsubscribe. We keep analytics data according to each provider’s retention settings.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails. If you live in the US, you may have extra rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These can include the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing,” and not to be treated differently for using your rights. To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.
Children
This shop isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
